Intro to the Power of Story (Online Class)

Instructor:  Arthur Crowell, Sage Mountain Stories

This 3-session class uses Norse and Celtic storytelling to dive into 3 basic principles:  1) The Power of the stories we tell ourselves and allow others to tell us about ourselves, 2) "Feeding the story" as a life skill for interpersonal communication skills and deepening authentic connections, and 3) What we can learn about suffering from these old stories.  Each 3-session class will use a story told in 3 parts followed by a discussion on the 3 basic principles.  We will learn how the stories we tell ourselves, and allow others to tell us about ourselves, can carry a powerful influence over our lives, and how through intentionality, we can recraft our own personal stories.  In feeding the story, we will learn a powerful technique that has brought healing to many people and also how this

technique can be applied to our daily interactions with others and, in so doing, can greatly deepen our understanding of others and allow us to build more authentic, understanding relationships.

Throughout his life, Arthur Crowell has navigated multiple lifetimes worth of the human experience and is now able to share this experience through storytelling.  With his wealth of experience, he has developed curriculum that empowers others to claim the career they have always wanted, navigate life transitions with courage and confidence, heal old and fractured relationships, and have the inspiration to forge new relationships.

This is an online class.  A link to the class will be sent to you once you register.  Register 4 days prior to class start date.
